In the run-up to Christmas, Byron enticed their fans to join in the celebration of Cheesemas. As part of their campaign, they commissioned Loco to create mouth-watering teaser video content that would encourage social media users to book a table and experience their cheesiest Cheesemas ever. It also hinted at an even bigger, cheesier reveal to come.

We organised a location shoot at a Byron restaurant in central London with our fantastic team from the Byron 10th Birthday video shoot including award-winning food photographer/director Patrice De Villiers and food specialist DOP Peter Bathurst. Luxuriating in cheese heaven, we captured Byron’s cheesiest Cheesemas menu items—cheese balls, macaroni & cheese, and the Grande Fromagemas – all prepared under the supervision of Byron’s development Chef Michal Bielecki.

Back at the studio, Loco’s postproduction team including colourist Jon Davey prepared the mouth-wateringly melty menu items for Byron’s PR Agency Splendid to launch the Cheesemas campaign with a bite-sized video for Facebook and Instagram. The Cheesemas video achieved more than 22k Instagram views and paved the way for the even more successful Grande Fromagemas campaign.
