BUG comes out of Hibernation

Spring is in the air and BUG has come out of hibernation. Adam Buxton is back to host BUG 54 live at BFI Southbank on 1 and 7 March for the first shows of 2017. BUG features the latest weird and wonderful music videos from around the world as introduced by the legendary “Dr. Buckles” with added YouTube comment hilarity and surreal interviews with promo directors.

Loco has been the BUG postproduction partner since 2008 and continues to work with BUG curators and organisers, David Knight, Phil Tidy and Louise Stevens to prepare the onscreen content for the show.

The show on 1 March at 8:45 features an interview with a surprise guest director. The Director’s Cut Shows (where the director interview is cut from the shows…get it?) are at 6.30pm and 8.45pm on 7 March.

Music videos, the British Museum & The American Dream

BUG fans can also look forward to 2 special shows on Friday 21 April and Friday 12 May to coincide with the British Museum’s forthcoming exhibition ‘The American Dream: pop to the present’ Limited tickets are available to purchase from the event website.


BUG Bowie Special at the Brighton Festival

Adam will be hosting the BUG David Bowie Special, a tribute to the on-screen life of David Bowie as part of the Brighton Festival on 21 May. Tickets are available through the festival website.
